Cross-cut diamond and cut oval (so-called) "Boris" pattern from Val St. Lambert.
The glass is 5 inches high and the top of the bowl is 2 3/4 inches in diameter. 

This rare unsigned wine glass has a facet cut notched stem and
a 32-point rayed star base. 

The pattern may be found in Val's 1925 Fantasy Crystal catalog.
